An initial consultation and evaluation
with The Pooch Coach includes:
1. Discovery
- understanding the history of your dog
- understanding and clarifying your issues
- reviewing and refining your goals
2. Assessment
- a temperament evaluation
- an obedience assessment
- a behavior evaluation
3. Review of Habits and Lifestyle
- reviewing your dog’s exercise & eating habits
- clarifying your house and outdoor rules
4. Feedback & Recommendations
- an explanation of any behavior or training issues
- the recommended course of action
- amount of effort (and cost) required to reach your goals
- how The Pooch Coach program works
The fee for a 90 minute consultation at The Pooch Coach facility* is $150 if you book online (or $175 if you book on the phone or through email). However, the consultation fee is waived if you sign up for training. If you sign up the day of the appointment, you get an additional 30 mins of actual training right then to start solving some of your issues right away.

*$150 fee is for a consultation at The Pooch Coach location in Noe Valley, San Francisco. There is always plenty of free parking available. Please contact us for a quote if you need a consultation in your home.
Cancellation policy: If you reschedule or cancel an appointment more than 24 hours in advance, there is no fee. Within 24 hours, there is a $10 fee to reschedule, and a $50 fee for cancellation.
